Dance and Drama Classes

Our academies bring together dance, drama and performance in structured classes where children can develop practical skills while enjoying the experience of performing.

Children can explore movement, choreography, acting, characterisation, storytelling and performance through regular sessions.

Whether a child is discovering performing arts for the first time or already enjoys being on stage, our classes provide opportunities to learn and progress.

Learn. Create. Perform.

Performance is an important part of the Don Rae Academy experience.

Children work towards an end-of-term performance as part of the academy programme. This gives them an opportunity to put their learning into practice, work together and experience the excitement of preparing for a live performance.

From choreography and rehearsal to character development and stage performance, children can experience different parts of the creative process.
